Description

A nurse stands at the nurses' station in a hospital. She has the phone in her hand and asks whether Margot Mains qualifies for the $100 grocery voucher because she has left early. Refers to the voucher being offered second time mothers if they left the hospital within 6 hours of delivery. Margot Mains is the Chief Executive of Capital and Coast District Health Board who resigned in the face of the difficulties experienced by the hospital at the end of 2007.
