Dr Alan Bollard, Chief of the Reserve Bank, aims a laser gun at a bank teller shouting that if they don't lower their rates he will use it. Behind him Prime Minister John Key protests, saying that he meant REAL solutions. Refers to Mr Key's saying that the Reserve Bank has long held the view that floating rate mortgages were too high and that if the Reserve Bank has solutions it should present them to the government.
