A fat cat representing MPs milks a cow representing 'the system' into a 'pay rise' bucket. all around are buckets of 'perks'. Nearby is a thin little cat licking milk from a saucer that represents a 'minimum pay increase'. The fact cat hopes that the thin cat appreciates what he is getting. Suggests inequalities during a supposed time of restraint during the recession.
