Description

Shows two kiwis (resembling Edmund Hillary and Tenzig Norgay conquering Mt Everest), one of whom carries a 'Free Trade' flag scaling a huge mound of rubble in Wall Street. One of them comments to the other that they thought scaling the heights of capitalism would feel like more of an achievement. Cartoon links together the successful negotiation of a free trade deal among several countries, including the United States and New Zealand, and the September crash of several Wall Street banks and finance houses.
