In the first of two frames John Key, leader of the National Party and Bill English, his deputy, sit around a table with a third man. John Key reminds him that he should watch what he is saying as the Labour Party might be spying. The phone rings and in the second frame Bill English says that it is the Labour Party objecting to what has just been said. Refers to the recording of unguarded comments made by National Party MPs at a cocktail party.
