The scene shows an airport security guard searching Prime Minister, Helen Clark, who has her hands in the air and is declaring that she did not talk about Tibet with the Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lama stands beside her smiling peacefully. Refers to the visit to New Zealand of the Dalai Lama in June 2007. The Prime Minister did not have a formal meeting with him but they met by chance at an airport in Australia. The reason for there not being a formal meeting was because of the strained relations between China and Tibet and New Zealand's desire for trade agreements with China.
