The cartoon shows two people arm-wresting; one represents the EU (European Union) and the other the 'US' (United States). Squeezed between their hands is a desperate little kiwi who represents New Zealand. The cartoon is entitled 'Arm wrestle for three...' and is about the problem of dairy markets for New Zealand after the European Union and the United States government have decided to provide subsidies for their own dairy industries which makes New Zealand unable to compete successfully on the free market.
