Shows National Party leader Don Brash as a baby wearing a full smelly nappy labelled "Race issues", while rattling a toy that has the face of Helen Clark on it. Cartoon refers to National Party leader Don Brash becoming a threat to the Labour Party due to the recent event of the Employment Relations Act and the Foreshore and Seabed issues. However, Don Brash's focus on the race issues has backfired as the Labour Party accused him of using it for partisan reasons.
