Shows a 'Breaking News' headline about infamous figures applying for positions generally considered to be held by persons of high integrity. Three are international figures; Zimbawean President Mugabe, al-Quaeda Leader Osama bin Laden, American Mass Murderer Charles Manson. The fourth picture is Clint Rickards, Former New Zealand Assistant Police Commissioner, who was acquitted of two High Court charges of the alleged rape of Louise Nicholas and alledged kidnapping and indecent assault of a 16 year old girl during the 1980s. Rickards completed a law degree during the Operation Austin investigation and has applied to practise as a lawyer.
