Prime Minister Helen Clark has a chocolate fish necklace, and is holding a jar of Marmite. Both have their right arms up in the air in a patriotic pose. Cartoon refers to the demands for tax cuts by the public. Helen Clark and Michael Cullen are depicted with several different New Zealand icons and are suggesting that tax cuts are not part of a traditional Kiwi value system.
