Prime Minister, Helen Clark is reading an article entitled 'Cartoons may bring boycotts'. She is in a dilemma about freedom of speech as opposed to the threat of trade boycotts by Muslim nations as a result of the publication of cartoons in a Danish newspaper which have now been printed in two New Zealand newspapers. Michael Cullen's reaction is that freedom of speech is something that could be taxed.
