She says that people should use common sense to interpret it and he wonders why common sense couldn't have been used to write it. Speaker of House, Margaret Wilson judges that Bill English should desist. Refers to the belief that the way in which the Electoral Finance Bill is being altered by Labour will reduce freedom of speech.
