Shows two frames. The first is of a person standing outside a shop ('Guns') in Auckland trying to decided whether they will use a knife or stick to rob it. The second is of Dr Alan Bollard (Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand) standing outside a shop ('Domestic Spending') which is full of people celebrating and spending their money. Bollard is trying to decide whether he will use interest rates or a gun to rob the shop. Refers to the rising interest rates to curb domestic spending.
