President Barack Obama is flung out of the Electoral Honeymoon Suite and all his clothes are thrown after him. Largely because of the sluggish economy there has been a swing in the American mid-term elections against Obama with an expected shift from Democratic control in the House and Senate to a Republican majority. However people have pointed out the similarities between President Obama and President Clinton, who had a similar approval rating when the Republicans took control of the House in the 1994 midterm elections, but went on to win a second term by a large majority.
