A cartoon labelled 2021 which suggests the British economy has completely collapsed and lampoons Prince William and Kate Middleton by showing them in ratty singlet and curlers living in a council flat. Kate says 'We might not have diamonds and pearls but we've still got each other and little Charlene of course - Charlene has a green ribbon and lipstick but otherwise looks remarkably like her grandfather Prince Charles. Context; the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton is on 29 April at Westminster Abbey and in keeping with the stringent times say they will not be having servants.
