The scene shows an Anglican vicar preaching at his pulpit. Suddenly from on high the voice of God instructs him to go forth and find a site in Hillcrest for a youth unit. Refers to the perennial problem of people not wanting a prison in their 'back yard'. Ngati Haua historian Wiremu Puke confirmed that the Tamahere site that Child, Youth and Family (Cyf) is considering for a $30 million youth prison was an historic pa site.
