Description

Shows a social worker explaining to a military type why some teenagers become criminals. He ends by suggesting there may be some sort of deficiency. The military type whips out a huge gun and yells 'YEAH! LEAD DEFICIENCY!" Refers to debate about teenage offending. John Key, leader of the National Party suggested that military style boot camps could be the answer.
