Surveyed cadastral map of Pito-one (Petone) no. 1, consisting of 1a, 1b, 1c, Block 13, Belmont District, Lower Hutt, bounded by Jackson Street, Gear Street and the Hutt Road. Names of Maori owners written on sections are: Hana Te Puni, Taniora Anaru, Mawene Hohua, Matene Tauwhare. The section 1D (four acres) has buildings on it.

Survey certified and signed by Edward V Briscoe, 4 June 1890, according to the Survey of Native lands.
