There are two frames. In the top frame an adviser hands a letter from the President of Iran to President George Bush who is sitting at his desk in White House. President Bush is surprised that the President of Iran can write. In the second frame an adviser tells President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that Bush says he has said nothing new; the President of Iran is surprised that President Bush can read. Iran is developing nuclear capacity that the United States is wants to stop.
