A man sadly tells his wife that the bank outside of which they stand want an arm and a leg. At the desk labelled 'Mortgage Break Information' is a shark with all its teeth bared. Refers to the high mortgage loan break fees that banks charge. Kiwibank which is government-owned is being called upon by Bill English to lower its fees but he indicated he would not be moving to require other banks to lower fees.
