- Description
American celebrity, Paris Hilton, begs her lawyer to help her stay out of jail. He offers her a rifle and tells her to go nuts with it and says he will then get Joe Karam on the line. Paris Hilton is a celebrity because she is a wealthy heiress. She was jailed for driving while disqualified and has since made headlines the world over as she screams and cries. Joe Karam spent years protesting the innocence of convicted murderer, David Bain. The Privy Council decided there had been a substantial miscarriage of justice which opens the door for a retrial. The cartoonist suggests Karam might be able to get the same result for Paris Hilton.
