- Description
Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, pushing a baby's pram in which sits Leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters. He has thrown all his toys out of the pram and is surrounded by flies. People nearby have their handkerchiefs over their noses because of the stench and one man comments that she must know but clearly doesn't mind. Refers to the questions being asked of Winston Peters' behaviour and honesty over donations to his party, the censure by the Parliamentary Privileges Committee that he refuses to accept and the fact that He still has not been sacked from his Foreign Affairs portfolio.
