A hand-coloured architectural plan for a house designed by James Walter Chapman-Taylor to be built at Silverstream. Attributed to 'J.W Chapman-Taylor ARCH Silverstream'. Contains drawings for a one storey house comprising; four side elevations, a section view, a block plan, a plan of basement laundry, and a floor plan. The plan is annotated in pencil.
