Description

Shows three small children dressed in Halloween costumes walking up to the door of a house tricking and treating. A sign on the door reads 'Treats' and a pile of boxes labelled 'health boost', more police, infrastructure' etc. stand on the doorstep. Prime Minister Helen Clark and leader of the National Party John Key peer from behind the curtains of the house. Refers to the problematic economic situation that will face the next government, the election being only a week away.
