The cartoon shows South African President Jacob Zuma wearing football boots and carrying a large knife in each hand as he chases after football fans who are attending the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. He yells at them to come back and tries to reassure them that there is nothing to be scared of, as a ball fizzing like a hand-grenade flies through the air. Refers to Jacob Zuma's assurances to the football world that South Africa is 'more than ready' for the Cup and that security will be tight. In the meantime white supremacist Eugene Terre'Blanche has been murdered sparking fears of retribution by his supporters who have, however, withdrawn their threat of violence as South Africa seeks to allay safety fears prior to the summer's Football World Cup. Jacob Zuma, and other political leaders warned against inflaming racial unrest two months before the country hosts Africa's first World Cup.
