Prime Minister, John Key, and Minister of Finance, Bill English, sit high and dry in a dinghy that represents 'New Zealand' that is perched on a rock that represents 'debt'. They throw overboard two trunks that represent 'tax cuts' and the 'Cullen fund' commenting that these moves are about responsibility and that Labour was responsible for getting them stuck there. Refers to announcements made in the 2009 budget about the stopping of the government's share of payments into the Superannuation fund (the Cullen fund) and also not providing tax cuts as promised. The financial difficulties are mainly the result of the recession.
