The cartoon shows ACT leader Rodney Hide and his girlfriend lying in Business Class seats in an aeroplane on their way to Europe. Pigs' trotters protrude from beneath Rodney Hide's rug. He comments that he 'really hates all these perks'. Refers to the hypocrisy of Rodney Hide's pronouncements against politicians overuse of perks and the news that he took his girlfriend on a tax-payer funded trip to Europe.
