- Date

- Description
Shows a fire engine crashing through a fence and falling down a cliff. The fire engine driver is American President George Bush and the engine is named 'W's Rescue'. The fire engine was travelling towards Wall Street which is out of sight round a corner. A fireman representing Congress has leapt out of the fire engine yelling that 'Congress is outa here'. Refers to the Wall Street crash of September 2008 and the 'bailout' by the government. This version of the bailout was passed by the Senate and the lower House with conditions attached that would make captains of industry more accountable and taxpayers less so. Some Congressmen refused to vote for the Bill again.
