Prime Minister John Key tells a member of the public that the government is going to introduce a tough new law to combat the problem of boy racers which includes crushing their cars as a last resort. The man's pleasure fades when he hears that the crushing of cars will only be as a last resort. This measure was promoted by Minister of Police, Judith Collins.
