Description

In the first of two frames Prime Minister, Helen Clark, questions leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters, about how much he knew about Owen Glenn's $100,000 dollar donation to his party. Winston Peters is wired up to a lie detector machine. He denies knowing anything and in the second frame the machine almost explodes. Helen Clark suggests that this response is inconclusive and Winston Peters states that the machine has been sabotaged. Refers to the investigations into Winston Peters' knowledge of donations to his party and whether they should have been declared.
