Helen Clark scowls and says that she does not want to meet Owen Glenn and that Howard should be told that they will double the offer if he doesn't sing. Refers to the offers of assistance from Owen Glenn, billionaire businessman, who became an embarrassment to the Labour Party when it appeared that he wanted personal favours in return for donations.
