Shows Peter Dunne, leader of United Future, and the Revenue Minister, and Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, throwing lollies as a lolly-scramble from a bag called "Business Tax Review" and commenting that the lolly scramble is not an ill-thought out politically driven one but a well thought out one. One of the lollies hits the head of John Key, the National Party's finance spokesman. The cartoon refers to the release of the government's Business Tax Review document, which Michael Cullen and Peter Dunne promoted as a means of winning support from the public. National's John Key, was unimpressed.
