Rollo, Vivienne Jessie, 1933- : A fragment of Palmer history

History of the Palmer family by Vivienne Rollo; it is divided into three sections (1) an Island Bay childhood, covering the period 1933-1940; (2) the next ten years, covering the family's life and work in Nelson, 1940-1950; and (3) Richmond Avenue and beyond, a continuation of living in Nelson followed by the author leaving home, travelling etc, from 1951-1964. Rollo describes family occasions, holidays, school experiences, work, travel and study of the members of the Palmer family.
