The scene shows two small bewildered-looking Presidents of the United States each flanked by a large temptress. The first is ex-President Bill Clinton beside whom is standing 'Monica' Lewinsky and the second is President Bush beside whom stands 'Katrina'. Refers to President Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky which almost brought about his impeachment and secondly to the criticism of President Bush because of his slow reaction to Hurricane Katrina.
