A huge ferocious-looking dog with a studded collar round its neck has Prime Minister, Helen Clark, dangling from its teeth. The dog is the 'Election spending watchdog. Helen Clark, in desperation cries that she doesn't agree with the watchdog's findings but will repay in order to maintain the morale of the watchdog. Refers to the Auditor General's finding that all political parties were in breach of the law over the spending of government money during the last election campaigns.
