In the first of two frames former Prime Minister Helen Clark appears as a ferocious Halloween witch declaring that she is back as leader of the opposition. In the second frame Prime Minister John Key sweats with fright until a man on the television screen pulls off a rubber Helen Clark mask and says that it is just a joke - Phil Goff is still leader of the opposition and he (John Key) is still top of the polls. Refers to the inability of Phil Goff to match the strength of former PM and Labour leader Helen Clark.
