'The Underzone' strip. Prime Minister, Helen Clark, has a can of spray paint and has just crossed out the word 'Tibet' from a hoarding and replaced it with the words 'trade deal'. Refers to the fact that New Zealand is about to sign a free trade deal with China but there are protests that we should not do so until China gives Tibet her independence and improves her human rights record.
