Description

A large Telecom official gives redundancy letters in 'Manila' envelopes to a group of New Zealand Telecom employees. He proudly announces the creation of 250 new jobs in the Philippines. 'Manila' is a type of paper and the name of the capital of the Philippines. New Zealand is trying to keep New Zealanders in jobs during the recession.
