Shows the deck of the 'Good ship Labour Party' with several canons bearing the name 'Chris Carter' on the deck. They have become loose from their moorings and are starting to veer off in all directions. Refers to the return of Chris Carter to Parliament on 22nd September after taking two months' stress leave. Mr Carter seems far from stressed and is even thinking of staying in the race for the Labour nomination for his safe Te Atatu seat. Phil Goff expects Mr Carter to be called before the New Zealand Council at its next meeting and the council is expected to back Mr Goff and expel Chris Carter from the party for his disloyalty to the leader.
