Mary Ann Ensor's story of her life entitled `My childhood in New Zealand' and `Pioneering story'. Recounts her childhood in the Gisborne area, and married life in the Opotiki District and disappearance of her husband, George Crosswell (Jnr) while out pig hunting in 1909.
