Shows American President George W. Bush standing on a 'moral high ground' calling on former Russian President Putin to syop his military invasion of Georgia and calling on China to improve its human rights record. In the second frame it becomes clear that Bush is actuually at the bottom of a ravine with the words 'Guantanamo', 'Iraq invasion', 'torture' and 'secret prisons' engraved on the walls. He wonders why no one can hear him. Refers to President Bush with his government's record of illegal and immoral acts giving advice to other countries.
