Description

Shows Helen Clark as a circus master, trying to make the TVNZ lion, who is havig a drink, to jump as she ordered. Within the circus are two more lions, named "Quangos" and "Legal beagles", both are just watching from the sideline. Cartoon shows the Parliament's bid to retain control over its state entities and departments by using the action against TVNZ to signal the possible enforcement of its authority.
