The cartoon shows a picture of a model and two tailors which is split down the middle and titled 'Reformation tailors'. On one side, labelled '80s' is Finance Minister, Roger Douglas, pulling tight the belt of the coat made of 'economic fabric' and on the other side is Prime Minister, Helen Clark, pinning and tucking her 'social fabric'. Refers to the contrasting emphasis in government policy by the Labour governments of the 80s and Helen Clark's Labour government in 2007.
