The scene is a desert in Iraq. Coffins draped with American flags containing the bodies of dead American soldiers, are stacked high. Half buries in the sand is the head of George Bush. The words of Shelley's poem 'Ozymandias' are printed on the cartoon, has a theme of arrogance. Refers to the increasing number of deaths of American troops and the increasing unpopularity of the war in Iraq with the American people.
