Description

A 6-page letter from the Duke of Cornwall to the Governor, Lord Ranfurly, thanking him and the people of New Zealand for their hospitality, and a draft of a later letter from Ranfurly assuring him of the success of the visit. That letter also refers to a disturbance at Wellington caused by `certain volunteers' dissatisfied by their conditions in camp.
