He has just been knocked down by Rodney Hide, leader of ACT, who stands waiting to continue the fight, looking pugnacious. The umpire counts patiently but Winston Peters ignores him. Refers to Rodney Hide's determined effort to topple Winston Peters by launching an extraordinary attack on him, making a series of allegations under the cloak of parliamentary privilege which helps protect MPs from being sued.
