Description

In the first of two frames a hospital patient wearing a loose gown with the the word 'economy' printed on it, holds onto the stand from which a bag of life-saving blood that represents the 'budget' hangs and to which he is attached by a needle in his arm. The man explains that 'Dr' English thinks this will make ends meet. In the second frame we have a view from behind and see that the ties from the man's gown do not meet. This represents an opinion on the 2009 budget announced by Bill English 28th May.
