Shows Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, as Indiana Cullen, lying on the ground, bound hand and foot, with National leader, John Key, grinning down at him and National Finance spokesman, Bill English, brandishing a scimitar beside him. Refers to the fact that the 2008 Budget is to be announced May 22, 2008 by Michael Cullen and National will endeavour to hack it to bits. The cartoon pays tribute to 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal skull', a new film directed by Steven Spielberg.
