Comprises poems by Margaret Peace and William Golder for Prince Alfred, the Duke of Edinburgh, on his visit to New Zealand in 1869; Peace's poems are `Poems of welcome, xc' (Auckland, 1868) and Golder's are `An Ode of welcome' and `Welcome Prince Alfred to New Zealand' (1868). Both Peace and Golder wrote covering notes.
