The scene shows a comfortable domestic scene with the children playing on the floor with the dog and father calling everyone to the table to eat Chinese takeaways. Mum has arrived home from shopping all day for things that are not Chinese but is so exhausted that she has bought Chinese takeaways for tea. The children are delighted. On the wall is a mountain view made in Taiwan that exhorts us to be proud to be from New Zealand and also a poster saying 'Buy New Zealand made'. Refers to the Green push to buy New Zealand made goods and food as well as concern about the quality of some foreign imports.
